Feel like your hormones are running the show?

Some days you feel on top of the world, confident, and capable - your goals feel entirely do-able. But a few days later your inner critic shows up and you find yourself on the sofa with Ben and Jerry, all your progress undone.

You've got goals but right now, your hormones are holding you back.

They're impacting your menstrual and mental health, and your career and relationships too.

Add to that the chronic perfectionism and people-pleasing that are common in those of us socialised as females, and it's easy to see why so many of us are experiencing hormonal imbalances and burn out.

The problem is that we've been led to believe that we can either achieve the things we want in life or take care of our health. Never both.

That bullshit keeps us trapped.

It's time to do things differently

The Flow Collective is my online membership community where we focus on supporting hormonal health and using your cycle to get what you want out of life. Not one or the other, both.

Wondering how it works?

What’s going on in your life always shows up in your cycle and your cycle always impacts your life. That’s why we focus on a specific theme every month that you can use to improve your experience of your cycle and your life.

Month by month, your results rack up.

When you join you'll get access to all of our past themes without paying anything extra and you'll join us in time to take part in our theme for November: Sex.

Expert guidance

Every month, I either host a webinar where I share my favourite tools for improving your cycle and life, or you'll hear me in conversation with a special guest, grilling them on their specialist subject and getting their hot tips.

Coaching calls

I coach members on our live group coaching calls. Getting coached and watching others get coached is invaluable, there's a reason why these calls are loved so much.

A private app

The Flow Collective is an app-based membership, which means you can have helpful content and a supportive community in your back pocket. It's invitation-only and available on iOS and Android mobile devices, and there's a desktop version too. And importantly, I control the data which means it won't be shared with anyone.

Your membership is £69 per month.

You can cancel anytime with 7 days' notice.

Or, if you're ready to commit to 12 months inside The Flow Collective, opt for the annual membership (£690) and get two months free, saving you £138.

Here's what our members have to say...

"I did not expect this level of personal growth to come from the Flow Collective. What started as me being interested in learning more about my cycle has led to a new level of self-awareness and growth."

- Anonymous member

"I got much more out of this month than I expected. thank you @Maisie - your help means a lot to me. I gained a lot from everyone else's coaching and questions too"

- Natasha

"The Flow Collective has changed my life. I am perimenopausal and what I've learned within the Collective is how to harness the mix of hormones that ebb and flow in this stage of life. Now my bleeds are much easier and I credit Maisie with teaching me how to be at peace with them. The Flow Collective is a safe space where I can ask any question and lean on the peer support of others. All of that whilst having Maisie's incredible knowledge and insight on hand. It continues to prove to be the best investment in myself. I LOVE understanding my body and her rhythms."

- Mars

"I've just had my best experience of bleeding this year. Very little pain, not as heavy, hardly any clots, and I haven't felt drained and exhausted the way I have been doing. The things I'm doing are making a difference!"

- Sarah

Hi, I'm Maisie.

I've experienced what it feels like to go from bed-bound and on the verge of calling an ambulance, to enjoying the experience of bleeding - and believe me when I say that I did not think that those words would ever come out of my mouth!

And I once threw a knife across a room because my PMS was so bad. So if you're in a dark place right now and you don't believe that change is possible for you, I get it. I've been there and I know how friggin' hard it is to believe that it could ever be better. But I want you to know that it can.

If you’re fed up with being held hostage by your hormones then I want you to know that there's a place for you inside The Flow Collective.

A place for you to explore your cycle and harness your hormones. A place to learn how to live in flow with your cycle.

See you in there,

Maisie xx

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens after I join?

You’ll get immediate access to our favourite resources to get you started, and the details of our upcoming calls. Then, once the doors for this month have closed, everyone who signed up will receive an invitation to download and log into our private app where you can introduce yourself to the community and access all our other content.

What if I can't make the live calls?

We make our calls as timezone friendly as possible, but I know that schedules can make attending the live calls tricky, that's why the calls are all recorded and available on the app so that you can access them anytime you want to.

How much do I have to participate?

It's totally up to you. You can access the content without taking part in the community side of things. If you're happy lurking, you can absolutely just do that.

This is a friendly space and we're here anytime you want to speak in a way that feels good to you. Many members have found that they've opened up and posted/spoken on calls because they feel so safe and supported.

What if I don't have a cycle?

If your cycle hasn't returned since coming off the pill or having a baby, if your period has gone AWOL due to hypothalamic amenorrhoea or PCOS, then what you'll find inside will support your health and wellbeing as you transition into getting you cycle back.

We also have members who are pregnant - our content is designed to support you wherever you're at in the reproductive life cycle.

What if I'm trying to conceive?

The membership features lots of content that supports reproductive health and fertility too, but this is not the dominant theme of the overall membership, which I hope offers balance to people who are trying to conceive because I know how all-consuming that journey can be. A lot of what we cover will also support you during pregnancy and parenting.

What if I'm perimenopausal?

Peri-menopause is the perfect time to invest in your hormonal and reproductive health and the content in The Flow Collective is going to be incredibly helpful as you transition towards menopause. If you are post-menopausal then the content can still support your health and wellbeing, though it is geared towards those still in their cycling years.

What if I'm non-binary or trans?

This is an inclusive membership for anyone who experiences a menstrual cycle/has a uterus and I am fiercely committed to making sure that this is a safe space for all. That means that anti-trans comments and behaviour will not be tolerated. If this is a problem for you, please do not join.

How much contact will I get with Maisie?

Maisie speaks with and coaches our members on our live calls and spends dedicated time in our community space every week. One on one support from her is not a feature of the membership. If this is something you're interested in doing, you can apply for private coaching.
